Our sizes range from 00 - 6 to be as inclusive as possible for babies, toddlers and children. Our clothes are always designed true to size and are a relaxed fit, so if you like a very oversized look we recommend sizing up by 1 size.

At Basic, we release high quality, limited lines. That means once a drop hits our store, there will be no further re-stocks. If you have your eye on something, we recommend getting in fast while stock lasts or keep an eye out for our next drop of a new collection.

Yes! All orders over $100 in Australia receive free shipping!

We aim to fulfil all of our orders and have them shipped within 2 - 3 business days after orders have been placed.

During peak periods this may vary, however if there are any delays we will always keep in contact.

Standard delivery times:

• 2-8 business days for shipping around Australia
• 12-14 days for international shipping

Change of mind returns will be honoured with a credit voucher for the same amount of the purchase total of the returned items.

Whilst we take quality very seriously, we understand that at times there may be faults that occur. If your item is considered faulty, a refund will be given in full to your original purchase method.

You are more than welcome to exchange your item for a different size, or other item from the store. All exchanges and returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items to be eligible.
